Other Important Information

For an exhibitor to show under Bailey County 4-H, the exhibitor MUST be enrolled in 4-H Connect as of October 1^st.

4-H School Note Policy- we must have a 7-day notice prior to the kid being absent for a 4-H event.

Exhibitors are responsible for ordering extra gate and parking passes for all major shows.

Each exhibitor must sale 25 raffle tickets, exhibitors will be given tickets on entry dates.  The $250 and sold tickets MUST be returned to the Extension Office by Monday, January 6^th.

All exhibitors MUST help Set Up on January 18th and Clean Up on January 25th for the Bailey County Livestock Show.

Quality Counts- every exhibitor planning on entering a MAJOR SHOW MUST have completed Quality Counts prior to entry dates on November 4^th and November 13^th.
